Based at our National Distribution Centre in Wetherill Park we are looking for a hands-on National Delivery Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our contract delivery teams across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the National Despatch Operations Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Manage the allocation of truck runs and ensure trucks leaving the DC are at maximum capacity
- Issue and manage all delivery team equipment to ensure no loss or damage to company property; tablets and EFTPOS machines
- Ensure all documents and manifests are collected at the end of each day and sent to Head Office
- Assist in the logistics planning of new stores, promotions, and projects
- Onboard, train, mentor, and lead team members to carry out deliveries in accordance with company expectations
- Manage any customer queries in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure all team members have valid working documents as per compliance standards
- Ensure that WHS standards and company policies are adhered to at all times

About You:

- Previous experience in fleet management and managing delivery teams across multiple sites
- Be a self-starter who has an aptitude for analytics, an ability to use findings to direct and interpret sales trends, and is quick to make decisions
- Proven track record of achieving targets and working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to deescalate any issues to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Solid understanding of WHS policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
