As the 2IC and Front Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of our dental practice, with a focus on exceptional customer service and practice administration.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Conduct day-to-day administrative tasks, such as appointment booking, patient file management, and billing/invoicing with Dental4Windows.
  • Liaise with the dental team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures alongside management support.
  • Mentor and support the team, offering guidance and training as needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice with management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a dental reception or similar customer service-oriented role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using dental practice management software and general office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
