We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk coordinator to join our dynamic team in South Perth Dental Surgery

As a Front desk coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

  • Previous experience in reception work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using dental software, emails and other relevant technology
  • A caring and compassionate attitude towards patients
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Previous experience in dental or medical field is preferred
