About the role
Provide an effective and efficient frontline reception general administrative support service and contribute to the provision of quality patient services and care at the Oral Health Centre (OHC), STARS.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Manage appointment scheduling processes, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
- Provide high level data entry, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Act as a point of contact, respond to enquiries and provide relevant information and assistance to facilitate effective service delivery within the OHC.
- Undertake filing duties, ensuring records are maintained in accordance with Metro North policies, procedures and guidelines.
