Join Sunwater as a Customer Support Officer, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer support services within a complex process framework to ensure a continued focus on customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Support Officer at Sunwater, you will:
- Provide exceptional end-to-end customer support services, answering general inquiries from the public, customers, and staff, and resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Perform a broad range of transactional services related to customer accounts, including but not limited to permanent and temporary water transfers, workflows, meter reads, account administration, and the maintenance of standard and custom water supply contracts.
- Issue outbound communications to ensure customers are kept informed about planned and unplanned shutdowns to water infrastructure.
We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in Customer Support. You will have customer service experience in a relevant utility organisation, insurance or real estate, with some exposure to basic contract processing/administration is preferred. You will also bring:
- Reviewing data to ensure it is correct and fit for purpose, with strong attention to detail
- High-level computer literacy and ability to use online information systems
- Outstanding communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment, demonstrating fantastic organisation skills and the ability to quickly understand and adapt to complex processes
