Work Schedule: 3
:00pm - 10pm (PH time) | UK Timezone****

  • Training Period (First 2 Months): 7:00am – 3:00pm (PH Time)

  • Official Working Schedule: 3:00pm - 10pm (PH time)

  • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (PH Time): Coordination with internal teams, sales emails, new account set-up, and admin tasks.

  • 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (PH Time): Engage with UK clients, conduct calls, product demos, and training.
  • Occasional collaboration with AU/NZ teams depending on market assignments.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales & Accounts Administrator
to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven ability to identify and convert sales opportunities. You will undergo comprehensive training in customer support, sales support, software testing, documentation, and business development before focusing on driving sales primarily in the UK market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to confidently present solutions to potential clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting proposals, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and convert leads
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Provide ongoing customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer-facing role
  • Experience using Accounting software such as Xero
  • Experienced with Accounts Payable and bookkeeping
  • Experience in UK or international sales markets is advantageous
  • Background in software or technology-related products are advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
