Marketing Officer for RTO

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to drive our brand awareness, lead generation, and student engagement efforts across digital and traditional platforms. You will play a key role in supporting enrolment growth while ensuring compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015, 2025 and ESOS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote courses to local and international markets
  • Create and manage content across social media, website, email campaigns, brochures, and advertising
  • Coordinate agent engagement, partnerships, and education exhibitions
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with ASQA, ESOS, and CRICOS guidelines
  • Assist with brand development and online reputation management
  • Work closely with the admissions and compliance teams to align campaigns with enrolment targets

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of marketing experience (RTO or education sector preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRICOS, ESOS Act, and RTO standards (desirable)
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRICOS and international student compliance
  • Understanding of the revised Standards for RTOs 2025 (effective from July 2025)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
