Join a dynamic team in a key support role that connects Sales, Product, and Marketing.

We are an Australian owned national distributor of floral, gift and home decoration products looking for a motivated SALES SUPPORT OFFICER to deliver premium service and sales support to our internal and external Key customers and stake holders.

About the Role

  • Support Sales Representatives and senior leadership with order management, admin tasks, and customer coordination.
  • Maintain working relationships with Key customers (internal & external).
  • Manage all Customer Special Orders, ensuring that all aspects of the process are managed and communicated
  • Act as a key link between Sales, Product, and Marketing to streamline communications.
  • Manage key accounts, handle queries, and deliver premium service across all customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and deliver internal projects on time and to standard.
  • Maintain accurate records, retrieve information efficiently, and manage meeting minutes and general office tasks.
  • Distribute and explain marketing initiatives across Sales and Service teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in a senior sales support, sales operations, or account management role.
  • Strong project management, customer service, and administration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding internal and external service.
