About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the Sydney team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Sales Support Officers are the first point of contact for our clients when they interact with Elders. Your customer service skills will support the branch and assist the sales team in building client relationships. With the backing of the Elders network, you will have the tools to guide clients through the sales process and opportunities to grow your career.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely customer service via email and phone
  • Support all areas of the sales process and manage office tasks
  • Perform general warehousing duties, including ordering from suppliers and receiving stock
  • Manage freight dispatch, including booking carriers and dispatching freight
  • Generate quotes and conduct price checks for clients
  • Monitor and reconcile sales and invoicing, and conduct regular stock takes
  • Check stock levels and expiry dates regularly
About you

To succeed at AIRR, you will have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Previous stock management experience in retail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
