To promote the image of Bega Garnbirringu Health Services by being the first point of contact for the Specialist Clinic, providing professional and friendly assistance for all clients and customers including appointments and general enquiries whilst providing administrative assistance to the Clinical staff.

ESSENTIAL:

  • Previous administration experience and or relevant qualification in Business Administration;
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level computer usage skills including Micro Soft Office Suite
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a community-based organisation
  • Ability to function and participate as part of a team and to contribute to team building
  • Cross cultural sensitivity and understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal Communities and people
  • Demonstrate a high commitment to Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing and customer service
  • Customer service, responsiveness and team focus
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WA)
  • National Criminal History Check Certificate (Police Clearance - valid within 3 months)
  • Current CPR and or Provide First Aid Certificate

  • WA "C" class drivers licence
