Position Title: Medical Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Location: Busselton (onsite parking provided)

Part-time, 36 hours per fortnight (3 days per week × 6 hours per day - job share)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic team member to join us on a part time basis to support our Busselton office in an administrative capacity.

Our new team member will add value by:

  • Providing administrative support to locally based team members including Program Managers and Clinicians.
  • Work within a Clinical Management System for client management.
  • Liaison with other service providers including Medical Practices and GP's.
  • Reception duties and general office administration as required.

Who we are looking for

We're seeking an individual who has:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration (completed or progression towards completion) or extensive experience working within a similar role.
  • Previous experience working in a health organisation and in an administrative role (required)
  • Experience working within a clinical software system (required)
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and oral
  • Office 365 skills at an intermediate level
