We are seeking a skilled and motivated Soft Tissue Occupational Therapist to join our private practice on an employee basis. This role is ideal for a practitioner passionate about musculoskeletal health, hands-on treatment, and helping patients return to optimal function. You will work with a diverse range of clients with musculoskeletal injuries, focusing on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation through soft tissue therapy techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based soft tissue therapy techniques.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, chiropractors, general practitioners) as required.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date treatment records and documentation.
  • Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
  • Manage a flexible client schedule in line with private practice demand.
  • Ensure a high standard of professional conduct and patient care at all times.

Who we are looking for:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with a focus or certification in soft tissue therapy, manual therapy, or musculoskeletal treatment.
  • Current professional registration and relevant insurance.
  • Proven experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries in a clinical or private practice setting (desired but not required, we can provide training)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated and determined - you are eager to build and grow your caseload with a go-getter attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
