Your opportunity
QFD is seeking to fill (multiple) Executive Support Officer roles available immediately across various departments before the end of 2025.

As the Executive Support Officer, you will provide a high level of confidential executive secretarial and administrative support to meet the functions of the directorate in the coordination and delivery of QFD integrated services across the state.

  • Organising and coordinating meetings, workshops, conferences, travel and accommodation, and other events, including applicable protocol arrangements and supporting documentation
  • Preparation and quality assurance of correspondence, reports, letters, ministerial and briefing notes, presentations, speeches, agenda and minutes
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant department and whole-of-government policy and procedures
  • Liaise and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to support key processes, procedures and delivery of unit outcomes.

What You Will Bring

  • Ability to solve problems and implementing solutions with a set time frame.
  • Experienced in setting priorities and monitor workflows to manage the functions of human resource and finance administration, records and database management, and provide secretariat duties as required.
  • Responsible for the coordination and control of correspondence to liaising with internal and external clients and stakeholders on matters requiring direction, information or functional support.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations
