Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New South Wales, Australia, for a Support Officer. The Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth workflows and service delivery. Tasks may include coordinating communications, managing data records, assisting with project implementation and reporting, and addressing stakeholder inquiries. Additionally, the Support Officer will collaborate with teams to enhance internal processes and maintain compliance with departmental policies.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams
- Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Understanding of compliance requirements and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently as required
- Experience in education or public sector roles is beneficial
- Relevant qualifications in administration, business, or a related field are favorable
