Your new role

As the Business Support Administrator, you'll be a key partner to business leaders in the Sydney office, providing essential administrative and operational support. You'll also be part of a wider APAC team that will support your onboarding and day-to-day success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing shared inboxes and prioritising tasks
  • Preparing client invoices, tracking aged debts, and coordinating timesheets and expense claims
  • Supporting project setup and administration, including conflict checks and system management
  • Liaising with building management for facilities coordination
  • Assisting with document formatting - CVs, proposals, templates, and reports
  • Organising onboarding, leave tracking, and travel arrangements
  • Providing reception support and creating a welcoming office environment
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension depending on team needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Solid experience in administration and operations
  • A calm, approachable attitude and a great sense of humour
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
  • Experience in high-volume professional environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
