The Role

We are seeking a Project Officer to support the delivery of projects within a Victorian State Government agency. This is a short-term VPS4 contract through to 10 November 2025, offering an opportunity to contribute to high-impact work in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor project documentation including plans, schedules, reports, budgets and briefings.
  • Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Use Jira to track project tasks, timelines and reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, following up on actions.

About You

  • Demonstrated project management and coordination experience.
  • Strong skills in Jira or similar project management software.
  • Excellent organisation, reporting and documentation abilities.
  • Procurement and contract administration knowledge desirable.
