Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who brings energy, positivity, and resilience to our highly motivated Sales Team The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a passion for customer service. This role, known internally as Customer Service Officer is more than just customer service, you'll play a key part in driving sales growth, finding opportunities to add value, and ensuring our wholesale customers have a smooth and positive experience every time. Based at our Edinburgh North office, this role is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday.  The successful candidate must be available to work 4:00 am to 12:06pm each Friday, with the flexibility to negotiate a start time between 7:00 am and 8:00 am from Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and email enquiries.
  • Highly accurate and proficient data entry for customer orders.
  • Regular outbound phone contact with customers aligning with call cycle.
  • Drive sales growth by actively pursuing new distribution opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Strong focus on improving the customer experience in alignment with required outcomes.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Customer Service Supervisor and production team for customer orders and customer queries.
  • Continuous improvement by identifying issues, challenges, and finding and implementing solutions.
  • Reception duties as required.
