Part-time (25 hours/week)

Mob Contracting is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Perth Head Office team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

As Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in both client engagement and business development. You'll support the quoting and delivery of Rent A Fence products and services while driving opportunities across Mob Contracting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and managing quotes and tenders
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Pursuing new business opportunities and providing warm leads to the wider sales team
  • Preparing pricing submissions and assisting with site investigations
  • Maintaining accurate client records and reporting in Monday CRM
  • Supporting training and inductions across the business
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or business development
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of sales administration or business development experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems highly regarded)
  • Basic familiarity with
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mandatory requirements:

  • Valid driver's license & White Card
