The Role
Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales and land acquisitions team, streamlining the listing and exchange process.
- Keep our CRM updated with the latest information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in creating and distributing captivating marketing materials for property listings and office advertising.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and professional sales process.
- Support the sales team in preparing and submitting sales contracts and related documentation.
- Continuously improve our sales administration processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle tasks and thrive under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in real estate-specific software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- An eagle eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
