What's on offer?

Our Fulton Hogan Northern Region Construction business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems and Data Analyst to join the team based in based in Eight Mile Plains. You will play a key role in supporting system operations, generating data insights and reporting on performance. This includes designing, developing, and managing business-critical dashboards and reports using Power BI and other leading tools.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide system and IT implementation support, ensuring smooth deployment and integration for all projects together with undertaking systems maintenance to optimise performance and reliability.

Other key duties will include but not be limited to:

• Conduct data analysis, identifying trends and insights to support business decision-making.
• Develop, implement and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources, and collaborate with stakeholders to automate and enhance reporting processes
• Deliver accurate and timely performance reporting across all projects in both Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.

We are seeking:

• Proficient in designing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools (Construction industry experience advantageous).
• Experience with system implementation and support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data for extraction, transformation and automation.
• Hands-on approach to both systems and reporting tasks with ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to use AI-powered tools e.g Copilot to automate reporting and generate insights
• A collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
