About the role

Customer Success Associate (Software Industry)

Location: Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane (Hybrid Work Option Available)

Full-Time, Permanent Position

We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Customer Success Associate to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience and collaborate with the Support & Sales team to support key initiatives. You'll assist in customer relationship management, manage patch-up campaigns, onboarding of new clients and facilitation of product use, support and problem resolution, all while ensuring smooth proactive communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers, manage and resolve customer queries, escalating issues when required.
• Organise, schedule and attend customer engagement meetings to understand client needs and convey updates and facilitate outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs and progress them.
• Gain a strong understanding of the Markinson suite of applications to enhance customer communications.
• Support the Head of Customer Success by addressing various tasks and priorities.

Required Skills & Experience:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are vital.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in delivering a support/service capability.
• A basic understanding of software support requirements is highly regarded
• Experience within the Wholesale, Retail, or ERP solutions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively liaise with clients.
• Proven success in handling difficult situations and customers with professionalism.
• Ability to learn and understand new software products quickly.
• A self-motivated, proactive approach, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
