Your Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our high performing Customer Service team on a Permanent Full-time basis based in Caringbah.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Receiving and resolving client phone queries
  • Facilitate open communication and discussion with clients, acting as a single point of contact in relation to client queries and escalation resolution
  • Provide solutions and identify escalation requirements in-line with agreed timeframes (internal and External)
  • Documenting and reporting of processes for each individual case
  • Assist in identifying patterns and implementing prevention practices
  • Ensure satisfactory outcome for both external and internal stakeholders

What you will bring to our Team

  • Customer focused and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and previous experience in a customer support role
  • Proven ability to manage client requests and influence positive outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders
