Role Description
The Trainee Insurance Broker will be responsible for assisting in evaluating insurance needs, managing client portfolios, liaising with insurers, and preparing insurance documentation. Additional tasks include providing support in risk assessments, conducting market research, and maintaining client relationships. This is an on-site role located in Caringbah, NSW.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of insurance principles and risk management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience or knowledge in insurance is a plus but not required
