Are you a skilled disability services specialist seeking an opportunity to bring your skills to a direct facing role? We're hiring for full-time or part-time positions in Sydney.

Role Overview:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist NDIS participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans.
  • Support to coordinate their services.
  • Work within a person centred framework and meet the person where they are at in their journey.
  • Develop and maintain work and relationships with multiple stakeholders across the sector.
  • Work in a dynamic and responsive way to meet client needs.
  • Travel throughout Sydney to meet with clients.

Selection Criteria:

Candidates must possess:

  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Cert 4 Disability or relevant experience.
  • High level communication skills.
  • High level report writing.
  • Highly aware of safeguarding.
  • Comprehensive sector experience.
  • Desired for Level 3 development opportunities; Tertiary qualification in allied health (e.g., occupational therapy, social work, psychology, speech pathology).

Requirements for Subcontractors:

Subcontractors must have:

  • ABN (Australian Business Number), Public Liability, and Indemnity Insurance.
  • Personal laptop.
