We are now seeking an experienced NDIS Manager to establish, lead, and grow this new business arm from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a permanent leadership opportunity for an experienced NDIS professional to take ownership of the full setup and management of Charter Diligence's NDIS division. You will be responsible for registration, compliance, service design, and future team growth, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete setup of the NDIS business, including provider registration and accreditation
- Develop operational frameworks, policies, and quality management systems aligned with NDIS standards
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of support workers and service coordinators
- Oversee participant intake, service delivery, and ongoing client engagement
- Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders, healthcare providers, and community networks
- Ensure compliance with all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
- Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability
- Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all service areas
About You
- Demonstrated experience setting up or leading NDIS or disability service operations
- Strong understanding of NDIS registration, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Background in community care, disability services, or health management
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into action
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in community services, health, or business management
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel within the Sydney region as required
- Must have valid working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a long-term working visa)
