Aastha Community Services is a registered NDIS provider, delivering NDIS support services across Western Australia. Aastha delivers support and services which enable NDIS participants to achieve their goals and lead an independent life. We are a team of passionate people working in empowering people with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.  We are an NDIS registered organisation based in Perth WA, and we support clients from North of Perth to as far as Mandurah. We deliver core, capacity-building supports in delivering Passionate support for people with disabilities to make a visible and measurable difference in their life.

NDIS Service Coordinator

We are seeking energetic, passionate, and highly committed individuals to be part of our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating support workers and NDIS participants, liaising with Support Coordinators, and onboarding new participants. To be successful in this position, you must be someone who can effectively lead and mentor people. You will be able to implement support plans and evaluate service outcomes and match the needs of your clients with the skills sets of your support teams. You will be a self-motivated team player who is able to work collaboratively within a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities and Duties


• Strong IT skills including being familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software


• A logical mind with an ability to match clients with support workers.


• Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.


• Committed to resolving client enquires on the first call.


• A desire to provide friendly and professional service to the most important members of the team – our clients and our staff.


• Deliver high-quality, person-centered services to meet the needs of participants. Qualifications and Skills To be eligible for this position, you must have:


• Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the NDIS Practice Standards


• 2 years' experience within disability services or related services


• Demonstrated time management skills in a fast-paced, complex service environment.

An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Disability Sector

An understanding of how to manage a caseload and do this autonomously.

Qualifications and Skills

To be eligible for this position, you must possess:

  • NDIS Worker orientation Module (or willing to obtain)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Current Working with Children's Check

  • Current valid First Aid Certificate

  • Current National Police Check

  • Own your own car and have full comprehensive roadworthy vehicle insurance and hold an unconditional driver's licence.
