Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator

Location: Southeast Melbourne, VIC - hybrid arrangements considered

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, fixed term

The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator to join our commercial team. Whether you're an experienced CA ready to step up, or a seasoned SCA looking for a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and administration
  • Prepare and review contracts, variations, and progress claims
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
  • Liaise with site teams, clients, and consultants to ensure contractual compliance
  • Support project delivery from pre-contract to final account

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in contract administration within construction or civil infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standard contracts and commercial principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or related field
