At Your Nurse Australia, we specialise in staffing solutions for the healthcare sector, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join our Acute Nursing Desk. No prior recruitment experience is required – just energy, drive, and a willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting our consultants in sourcing and screening candidates for acute nursing roles.
  • Building strong relationships with nurses and healthcare professionals across Australia.
  • Coordinating interviews and assisting with compliance and onboarding.
  • Helping our clients find the right staff while learning the ropes of the recruitment industry.
  • Growing into a full 360° Recruitment Consultant role with uncapped commission opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • A motivated, energetic, and ambitious individual ready to kickstart their career.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with candidates and clients.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • No recruitment experience necessary – full training will be provided.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position.
  • Minimum Year 12 completion required.
