Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant located out of either our Sydney, NSW or Gold Coast, QLD offices. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including graduate recruitment, consulting with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, and providing valuable communication throughout the hiring process. The consultant will be essential in building lasting relationships and ensuring a high level of service is provided to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in recruiting
  • Consulting and Interviewing skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and autonomous decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong Sales abilities
  • Prior experience in the Australian recruitment industry is an advantage
