is a leading Sydney based recruitment firm. We work across the APAC region, providing recruitment and executive search services to law firms, investment banks, fund managers, venture capital & private equity investors and major corporate clients.

Due to ongoing client demand, we are expanding our high-performing Legal Division.

We are seeking candidates from entry level (Candidate Manager) to Principle level.

A role within the JS Careers Legal recruitment division, will include :

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across law firms and in-house legal teams.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from taking job briefs to placing experienced legal professionals.
  • Actively sourcing and engaging candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conducting interviews and candidate assessments to ensure strong matches for each opportunity.
  • Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and career development.
  • For senior consultants: mentoring junior team members and helping shape business development strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • We are interested in speaking to experienced recruitment professionals, or candidates from the Legal industry who are seeking a career change into a high performance, client facing role.
  • Educated to a tertiary level (University degree).
