This Commercial Finance Analyst role offers the chance to work closely with marketing stakeholders, providing financial insights that influence brand performance and strategic decisions. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll be mentored and supported in developing your commercial acumen within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Description

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to the marketing team, offering insights and recommendations to support profitable growth.
  • Analyse monthly performance, highlight key trends, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with category teams to integrate market insights into financial analysis.
  • Provide commercial support for investment decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and profitability targets.
  • Other ad hoc duties

Profile

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercial understanding and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Background in accounting and financial modelling.
  • Exposure to ERP systems
  • CPA/CA qualified or equivalent.
  • FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory.
