Chisholm is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist (Portfolio Business Partner) for our Marketing and Communications team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Specialist (Portfolio Business Partner), your key responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing and evaluating annual business area marketing plans that align with strategic priorities.
• Providing customer-first and business area tailored specialist marketing advice for portfolios and effectively influence stakeholder decision making.
• Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders through effective consultation and collaboration.
• Using the content strategy, proactively identify, plan and write, edit and brief/distribute creative and engaging content for multi-channel publishing.
• Supporting events strategy by securing and managing business area buy-in and engagement with events including but not limited to Information Days, Graduation and Awards.
• Participating in recruitment events linked to acquisition and promotion, as required.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in stakeholder management and demonstrated experience in end-to-end strategic planning, execution and evaluation of effective marketing plans.  You will be able to critically assess customer and stakeholder needs and provide specialist marketing advice and recommendations.

Qualifications required for the role

You will have a relevant degree and/or post-graduate qualification in marketing, communications, or similar and relevant experience; or lesser formal qualifications and extensive specialist marketing and management experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
