About You
We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales with a strong background in security or IT industries. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in channel sales, customer management, and distribution development. This role focuses on expanding our partner network, driving sales growth, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with full Australian work rights.
Key Responsibilities
Channel & Customer Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and key channel partners.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide ongoing support to strengthen business engagement.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
- Monitor and achieve sales objectives, manage stock levels, and support operations of key customer outlets.
Channel Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partners in assigned regions.
- Support the execution of sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.
- Provide training and guidance to partners on product knowledge and selling points.
- Track partner performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Competitive & Market Insights
- Collect and analyze competitor information to identify market trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback and recommendations to support sales strategies.
Marketing & Promotion Support
- Assist in the implementation of channel marketing and brand promotion activities.
- Advocate company's product marketing strategies and handle partner inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of channel sales experience in the security or IT industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven channel sales experience in the security or IT industry is required.
- Solid understanding of channel structures and customer development logic.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
