About the role

What You'll Master :

  • Prepare and cook the French-inspired menu to a consistent, high standard.
  • Assist with the setup and organisation of kitchen areas and equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience.

About you

We're Looking For :

  • Minimum two years' experience in an à la carte kitchen.
  • Previous experience in French restaurants highly regarded.
  • Skilled in technique-driven cooking with seasonal ingredients.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent results.
  • Flexible, reliable, and available for rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
