About the Opportunity

We have a casual opportunity for a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team.

As a valued member of our kitchen brigade, you will work alongside a team of skilled chefs to craft high-quality, memorable dishes for our members and guests. You will have the chance to take ownership of a specific kitchen section, showcasing your skills and creativity while contributing to the smooth and efficient daily operations of the kitchen.

Our kitchen operates seven days a week, 365 days a year. Flexibility, particularly across evenings and weekends, is essential to support service excellence during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver high-quality food in line with RACV standards
  • Maintain effective stock rotation and minimise wastage
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of your designated section
  • Contribute across all areas of kitchen operations
  • Mentor and support the development of apprentices, cooks, and junior chefs

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or similar high-quality environment
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), recognised in Australia
  • Strong foundation in cookery techniques, including advanced knife skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
