We are advertising for multiple roles in multiple locations to support our continued growth as a business. We are initially targeting applicants from the Greater Perth and Greater Brisbane areas. The RoleYou will be a vital part of the team responsible for undertaking analysis and research to support project deliverables. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, enabling you to analyse client organisations to identify issues and opportunities for improvement to strengthen their quality. You will adapt to a client's work culture and establish an excellent working relationship. You will work with stakeholders to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems.
You can produce high-quality documentation appropriate for its intended audience. You can write easy-to-understand documentation such as reports, training and assessment materials, procedures, manuals, and other supporting materials.
Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, you will provide deep functional or technical subject matter expertise to a project. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, enabling you to develop and update documentation within the client organisation. You will liaise with key stakeholders to understand requirements and identify issues and opportunities to strengthen organisational documentation quality.
Key Responsibilities· Work with internal teams to understand the deliverable requirements in-depth.
· Critically analyse quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
· Undertake analysis and research in support of project deliverables.
· Develop high-quality written documentation, such as procedures, manuals, reports, training materials, presentations, and briefings, that convey complex insights in simple, engaging, and visual ways.
· Develop progress status reports and actions/decisions from client interactions.
· Provide technical, functional, or deep subject matter expertise to develop project deliverables as per client expectations.
· Contribute to a rich feedback culture that promotes continuous improvement and high performance.

Technical Skills and Experience

· years of work experience in a Training and Competency setting, like Learning and Development.
· years of work experience as a Consultant.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience in high-risk industries (e.g., energy, mining, resources) is a plus.
