About the Role

We are seeking a Instructional Designer / CRM Training Specialist to join a major enterprise transformation program. In this role, you will be part of a Change & Training team supporting the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and delivering engaging training and learning resources to ensure capability uplift and strong user adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in vendor-led train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Translate vendor material into user-friendly training content such as job aids, quick reference guides, and videos.
  • Develop facilitator content tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Deliver CRM training sessions as required, both virtually and in person.
  • Design and implement assessment methods to measure training effectiveness.

About You

You will bring a mix of instructional design expertise, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced program environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist, Instructional Designer, or similar role within a project/program environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training that supports successful adoption of change.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (highly regarded).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Experience creating a range of learning resources (guides, e-learning, facilitator packs).
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.) and learning technologies.
  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development (desirable).
