About the opportunity:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Consultant and be a key team member of the Sydney McDonald Jones Homes sales team. Your focus is to engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using one of our award-winning designs. With the goal of providing exceptional customer experiences, you will:
- Orchestrate the engagement with prospective customers at our display homes
- Schedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home
- Initiate memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
- Present information to help customers confidently compose their dream home
- Collaborating with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are accomplished
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values of Better Together, Think Bigger, Be Accountable and People Matter. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- An outgoing personality with the ability to be highly engaging - people want to talk to you.
- A passion for home design and living spaces
- Motivated by KPIs and driven to achieve results
- Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience in big box retail, any hospitality/service or related industry
- Most importantly…. A strong drive to learn and grow within the role
Availability to work Permanent Full Time - Saturday to Wednesday
