Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive, based in Sydney, NSW. The Social Media Executive will oversee the planning, creation, and management of content across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring trends, analyzing engagement data, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice. The role also involves fostering community engagement, staying updated on platform innovations, and preparing performance reports to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Management, including scheduling, posting, and platform analytics.
  • Skills in Content Creation, such as copywriting, visual content development, and multimedia production.
  • Experience with Community Engagement and relationship management within online platforms.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute Digital Marketing and Brand Strategy plans.
  • Proficiency with Social Media Analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance data.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage but not required.
