We're Hiring: Social Media Content Creator with Graphic Design Skills

We're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at a well-known exotic adult entertainment hotel & venue. This is a rare opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same — perfect for someone with flair, adaptability, and a professional attitude.

This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.


What You'll Do

  • Create Captivating Content: Develop original posts, stories, and campaigns for social media platforms.
  • Graphic Design: Use your design skills to create striking visuals, layouts, and multimedia assets.
  • Brand Storytelling: Share our brand's unique story in a compelling way that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, analyse trends, and refine strategies.
  • Event Support: Assist with planning and executing promotional events, launches, and special experiences.
  • General Admin: Provide day-to-day administrative support, from scheduling and correspondence to basic office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content aligned with the brand's tone and goals.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community across platforms.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, providing insights to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Assist with general administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to deliver marketing materials and campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in social media content creation and graphic design.
  • Proficiency with video editing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in an adult entertainment environment.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
