The Role
We have a position available for an energetic and enthusiastic administration assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent career opportunity with a company that is dedicated to delivering proven, professional, progressive and personalised results for their clients.
About the opportunity
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
· Reception duties and various administration tasks including but not limited to scheduling.
· Maintain and update company databases.
· Meeting and greeting clients into the office.
· Printing and scanning documents.
· Dealing with accounts and invoices through recording, matching and checking.
· Providing first class customer service.
· Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
· Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
The successful candidate will:
· Have a friendly personality.
· Be able to work independently as well as within a team.
· Be reliable and punctual.
· Be self-motivated with a professional attitude.
· Have a great attitude towards new challenges & professional development.
· Have high attention to detail and be able to prioritise.
· Have strong organisational skills and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues using sound judgement.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
