We're looking for an Accounts Receivable and Credits Manager who can turn financial insights into confident decisions that protect and power growth.

This role puts you in the driver's seat — leading credit strategy, managing risk, and shaping IOR's financial strength as we scale to become Australia's premier commercial fuel supplier. About the role

You're a confident decision-maker with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to credit control. You thrive on building strong relationships, managing risk, and keeping cash flow moving — all while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and mentor the Credit and AR team, fostering accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement credit control strategies to optimise collections, minimise risk, and support healthy cash flow
• Oversee customer credit assessments, approvals, and payment terms, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory standards
• Resolve complex AR issues, monitor aged debt, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction
• Deliver regular reporting and insights to senior management, driving performance and informed decision-making across the business
• Managing a team of 14 (5 Brisbane based and 9 offshore)

You lead credit and AR operations with precision ensuring timely collections, accurate reporting, and full compliance. Trusted across teams, you bring integrity, professionalism, and results to every interaction.

• Demonstrated leadership in credit management and accounts receivable operations
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical thinking and a solutions-focused mindset
• Proficiency in ERP systems and AR performance reporting
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the agility to lead in a fast-paced environment
