We're looking for a Credits and Accounts Receivable Officer who sees beyond the numbers — turning financial precision into business momentum.

This role puts you at the heart of IOR's cash flow and customer relationships, where your attention to detail and proactive mindset help fuel our growth. You'll take ownership of credit decisions, drive timely collections, and build trusted partnerships across the business.

Your opportunity
As our Credits and Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, driving timely payments, and supporting sustainable growth. It's your chance to own key processes, build strong relationships, and grow your career in a business that's going further. Your day-to-day will include:

• Proactively following up on outstanding debts via phone and email
• Handling inbound AR-related queries and resolving account discrepancies
• Processing credit card payments over the phone
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing issues

What you'll bring
You're someone who builds genuine relationships and feels energised by helping businesses and communities thrive. You take pride in managing accounts with precision and care ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and upholding compliance with credit policies. Whether you're liaising with customers or collaborating across teams, you treat IOR's financial assets with integrity and professionalism, reflecting the trust placed in you to keep our operations running smoothly.

• Previous experience in credit collections or accounts receivable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset with a professional phone manner
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage but not essential
