What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Benefits Administrator to join our People & Culture division in a permanent full-time role.
The People and Culture Division leads the implementation of strategic, people-focused initiatives across Toyota, fostering a safe, inclusive environment where teammates are empowered to reach their full potential. Operating through an HR shared services model, the division delivers best-practice consultancy, training, and development support to Toyota employees and OneToyota affiliates. Its comprehensive services span organisational development, professional training, health and safety, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition-all underpinned by the use of advanced technology platforms and systems.
The Vehicle Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of the company's lease vehicle programs, and providing guidance to managers and employees on related queries. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of these programs and associated activities across the business.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact
- Coordinate the reconciliation of vehicle payroll files to ensure accurate charging of lease vehicle payments to employees.
- Coordinate the administration of the Employee Family Vehicle Purchase (EFVP) and Employee Spare Parts Purchase (ESP) schemes by managing and responding to employee enquiries in alignment with established policies.
- Maintain systems to track, manage, and report on key lease vehicle activities, including fair wear and tear (FW&T) recoveries and fuel consumption.
- Act as the primary liaison between Toyota Fleet Management and employees regarding lease vehicle order escalations, including managing the Employee Vehicle Entitlements inbox.
- Assist with the review, updating, and distribution of vehicle-related communications, such as price lists, letters, and intranet content, as needed.
- Provide support and backup for other tasks as needed on an ad hoc basis.
Your attributes
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating reliability and adaptability
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective team player with the ability to work independently when required
