As our Leasing Administrator, you'll keep our property portfolio running smoothly, managing vital lease information, supporting renewals, and ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date. Key Responsibilities

​​Information management

  • Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy property files
  • Ensure all property documents are scanned, stored and controlled correctly
  • Update lease information and ensure Medicare licensing compliance

Preparation of documents, letters and reports

  • Prepare lease notifications and renewal correspondence
  • Assist with meeting minutes and provide progress updates on property negotiations
  • Produce reports and documentation as required by management

Process

  • Action lease options and renewals within agreed timelines

Customer service

  • Provide professional communication in line with SNP Code of Conduct
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external lessors
  • Liaise with Facilities Management and Landlords regarding property and contract matters
  • Participate in relevant training to maintain up-to-date knowledge
