Join our rapidly growing property team at GYG as a Leasing Administrator in our Hola Central, Sydney Office. As the Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for managing GYG’s leasehold portfolio. You’ll have a strong understanding of commercial leases and the State Retail Leases Acts and you’ll have experience using Lease Eagle or NomosOne.

**As a Lease Administrator, your role will include**:

- Managing lease documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Tracking lease options, rent reviews, and percentage rent
- Liaising with landlords, solicitors, and internal teams for smooth lease execution
- Maintaining insurance certificates and bank guarantees
- Supporting the Asset Management team with various lease-related tasks
