This role requires functional expertise across the following SAP solution areas:

  • Employee Central
  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding
  • SAP Integration Suite

About the role:

  • In-house SAP systems administrator supporting configuration and maintenance of Business Rules, Workflows, and associated process logic.
  • Provide structured counterpart support to the existing systems specialist helping to embed robust documentation, testing regimes, change-request processes and business analytics.
  • Own the governance of system change, documentation of configuration, end-to-end testing, and stakeholder liaison to ensure continuity of business operations.
  • Deliver functional expertise across the following SAP solution areas:
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Recruitment (RCM)
  • Onboarding (ONB)
  • SAP Integration Suite
  • Partner with business and technical teams to drive process improvements, analytics insights and operational excellence.

About you:

  • A very experienced SAP systems administrator with strong configuration, documentation and testing credentials.
  • Proven background in SAP systems administration with high standards of process, documentation and change-control.
  • Demonstrated capability across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding and Integration Suite modules.
  • Strong business-analytics mindset, able to translate system data into insights and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills, able to lead change, drive documentation and ensure repeatable, auditable processes.
