Are you ready to take the next step in your real estate career? We're looking for a motivated Junior Property & Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team in Sydney. About the Role:

As a Junior Property & Leasing Agent, you'll be working closely with our senior team to assist in all aspects of property management and leasing. Your role will be client-facing, fast-paced, and rewarding – no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with open homes, private inspections, and tenant enquiries
  • Support the leasing process, including application processing and tenancy agreements
  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns (photos, online listings, signboards)
  • Conduct entry, routine, and exit inspections under guidance
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Availability Monday-Friday and Saturday Open Homes

About You:

  • A genuine interest in property and real estate
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agents license or higher)
