We are seeking an experienced Institutional Salesperson with an established USA domiciled client list, to complement our sales desk and lead the broadening of our distribution network in these regions.

With an established and proven platform, Petra Capital is offering a simple, highly leveraged structure. Autonomy, flexibility and opportunity for immense growth are key features of the role.

This role is to act as a trusted advisor to Institutions based in the USA, providing in depth and accurate advice relating to Petra Capital research and general market activity, building on new and already established relationships.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely advice pertaining to ASX listed equities, to institutions
  • Grow the client base in line with Petra Capital targets
  • Host ASX listed company "Virtual" roadshows with institutions in the region
  • When possible, accompany ASX listed companies on roadshows to the region
  • Meet targets relating to activity levels and revenue

Qualifications, Experience and Key Attributes

  • You will have at least five years' experience servicing institutions in one or more of the above regions
  • Tertiary qualifications in the relevant field are desirable
  • Self-motivated and highly results driven
  • Passionate about your own growth and the growth of the business
  • Embracing Petra core values, mission and immersing yourself in the proven Petra processes
  • Be a team player who thrives on working with a busy, high achieving desk
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
