This is the first time we are appointing a full-time Marketing Manager, making it a unique opportunity to shape the role from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage our online presence, including website and social media platforms
  • Support the sales team with promotional materials, displays, and sales collateral
  • Plan and coordinate trade events and industry promotions
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications
  • Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered, you should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent qualifications)
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally with B2B exposure
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Confidence with digital platforms, analytics, and content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes
  • Design literacy to brief and manage creative work effectively
  • A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a hands-on environment

Location

This role is based at our head office in Lilydale, VIC. It is a full-time, on-site position working closely with senior management and the wider team.
